Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESA) are prepared in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM 1527-2005 Standard by an Environmental Professional (EP) who meets the requirements of the EPA All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) standards and is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA). Our assessments also comply with the scope requirements for a Phase I ESA to meet the prerequisites of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) innocent land owner defense.

ENPLAN provides environmental risk management consultation and documentation to buyers, lenders, land developers, miners, major utilities, government agencies and other parties involved in real estate transactions throughout northern California. We maintain the expertise and data resources necessary to thoroughly and quickly assess site conditions and environmental risk prior to property transfer.

ENPLAN site assessment team also includes supporting environmental scientists and geospatial (GIS) analysts.
