Environmental Site Assessor on Call 

Phase I ESA Reports 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Meet requirements for an Environmental Professional as identified in the Environmental Protection Agency’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) standards 
• Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) 
• Completion of the 40-Hour OSHA Hazardous Materials Course and Yearly Refresher Course 
• Substantial experience conducting and preparing Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) 
• Excellent technical writing and analytical skills 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct preliminary consultation for and/or evaluation of sites generally  
• Conduct site inspections as part of Phase 1 ESA protocol 
• Prepare Phase I ESAs and Phase 1 ESA Updates 
• Conduct internal and external correspondence 
• Coordinate or assist in the coordination of ENPLAN team member actions 
• Assist in preparation of work programs, cost estimates, and proposals
